THE THREE GUNAS

The most important part of spiritual practice is to find the right mind set – the right state of mind that allows one to deeply and profoundly relax into an ever listening and receptive instrument that allows one’s Self as Atman to be present in, or to intuit and receive guidance from one’s true Self as Brahman, while your Subconscious Aka Human Soul, takes over one’s daily affairs.

This may feel like to separate affairs, however with continual and disciplined practice, the Conscious and Subconscious Minds will work together as One with and as the One Aka Brahman Being Atman. This is the I-I which Sri Ramana Maharshi often speaks of.

For me it is listening with an inner ear that is felt in the chest. It is not a forced listening, but rather a patient waiting for the Silence to speak to me without using words. I know through Faith – through Knowing or Claircognizance exactly what to think, do, say, be etc without having to take thought for it. When thought is given, all that is left to do is cognize or witness it.
