One day through suffering our own thoughts, we realize the mind is not our friend but our foe. In realizing we are not conscious AS the mind; we are conscious OF the mind; we begin to seek Thy True Self. It is on this day; we know and say to ourselves - this is not me - this is not who I am. Through suffering the mind - through falling to our knees from thoughts that have led us astray, hurting us and those we love, we begin to discard it and look for our eternal Self. Through realization of our true Self, we begin to master the mind rather than being mastered by it. Finding our eternal Soul beyond Mind, we find our truth and our peace forever more.
