THE SPACES IN BETWEEN

What is the space between two thoughts? It is Awareness of course and what is Awareness? Awareness is another word for Soul. You have two levels of Awareness and two levels of Consciousness.

There is your awareness level that is your subconscious. The subconscious is not a thinker - it is a knower that manifests. Your conscious mind which is thought is the thinker. It is your attention. It is your attention that must be brought to your Awareness as the subconscious first so they can merge as one in meditation which is an alert awareness aka relaxed attention.

Awareness is simply witnessing without judging. It really is that simple. So, bring your attention to yourself being aware without judging. Just witness the moment with judging it. When thoughts come to distract your attention, bring your mind back to being aware without judging which basically means be aware without thinking. You do it every day for you do not think 24/7 - no one does. Sometimes you just sit there watching the world go by. And that is what is called the space between two thoughts. You are not thinking - you are just being aware. It really is that simple. No so simple staying in that mindset as the mind has got into the habit of overthinking.

"Sometimes I sit and think and sometimes I just sits" - Boston Record.

Once you bring your attention (conscious mind) to your subconscious awareness and they merge as one in Present Moment Awareness (meditation), this conscious awareness that is vessel consciousness expands - by itself (not through you doing anything). It expands or deepens into the Awareness that is the Soul of souls. It is called this as it is the true Soul - the One Soul that contains within everyone's soul as the subconscious. The subconscious of everyone living constitutes the present moment. This Awareness of Soul is the true AM of the I AM. The I of this Am is the One Spirit from which everyone's conscious mind originates. Everyone's conscious mind is the focal point of the One Spirit much like electricity is the one Source for all electrical appliances from toasters to lamps to televisions.

Once the I am (I conscious mind am subconscious mind) merges with its true self as I Spirit Am Soul, one is said to be in alignment and ready for the blessings of Spirit. I am that I am.

So now you are aware that the spaces in between your thoughts is just you 'being' naturally you without judging the moment. Remember the definition of being is not thinking.
