There are two ways of seeing, two ways of creating life, two states of mind:
The first is the thinking mind which lives by taking thought.
The first state is the Egoic state whereby we use the senses to look out upon the world, holding in mind what we see, feel and touch etc. What we take in via the senses, informs the mind, which in turn creates beliefs and ideas Aka false images, which we use to recreate our physical reality. They are termed false as these images represent a recreation of creation. These false images have all been created through looking out upon the manifested world. This is why history often repeats itself. Mental images created this way are called false images as they are created by a mind cut off from its Source - from a mind unconscious of itself Spiritually.
"Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof". - Matthew 6:34
The second is the Being mind that lives by Faith.
The Being mind is the meditative mind that lives through and as unceasing Prayer. Prayer is another word for Meditation. The Meditative mind is always in all ways within and as the moment. This mind does not have a life, rather it identifies as Life, therefore, remains mentally still allowing the 'I am' of Spiritual Consciousness to act upon the I am of Mind Consciousness, guiding it through Faith. Faith is claircognizance, Aka Intuition or Knowing. You will know what to say, what to think and what to do in any given moment without having to consider it or apply any mental effort. Life is created from the inside out this way. Life is a creation of Spirit, rather than a recreation of Mind.
Being in alignment or under Grace with Life as Life, your life individually within the whole is a synchronistic serendipitous happening that is both beneficial and non-maleficent for all creatures great and small. It is often referred to a ‘Choiceless Awareness’.
The two minds cannot coexist at the same time any more than the epiglottis can serve the lungs and stomach at the same time. The definition of Being is not thinking and the definition of thinking is not Being. They rely on the absence of each other to lend each other definition.
“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon" - Matthew 6:24
The thinking mind, not being conscious of itself Spiritually identifies with itself and brings forth the nature of mind which is duality.
The Being mind is conscious of itself Spiritually, therefore brings forth the fruits of Spirit such as claircognizance, clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc as well as peace abundance and healing.
It is by Faith that I write. I do not look out into the world and study this, that and the other. I write from the stillness of thy own Inner I, and then - being an unknown, I peer review myself in order to add credibility, which I believe to be pragmatic and professional.
However, when I am not actively writing, seen as how I am not stable yet within the Truth, due to my Subconscious not being fully tempered and purified I often fall from Grace and revert to the Egoic Mind - the thinking mind. However, over time, as one journeys along the road less travelled, the thinking mind becomes less while the Being mind becomes more.
No one can empirically tell the difference between a mind that works by Faith or a mind that takes thought, as the quote in the meme illustrates rather perfectly. However, the truth does have a certain feel and resonance to it, which is felt by those with the 'I" to see or the 'Ears to hear'. Moreover, the fruits of Spirit become apparent by a life that is lived in alignment for the good of all creatures great and small without incurring any harm.
