THE DISTRACTION OF MIND

Meditation is the minds true nature. Being is another word for meditation and you are a human being. Therefore, to achieve or embody a meditative state of mind, meditation is what you stop doing, rather than what you start doing. Mediation it achieved through taking away that which is inhibiting or preventing your natural state Being from asserting itself. Namely, egoic thoughts and feelings - identification with form.


Once the 'I am-ness' of Mind Consciousness is no longer caught up in self-generated, thoughts, feelings as well as their demonstrations and manifestations in the outer world, Mind Consciousness is free to become conscious of (Reflect) what heretofore it was unconscious of due these distractions. Namely the I of Spiritual Consciousness Aka true Self that was there all along underneath all the distractions of being human.
