You know that expansive loving feeling you get in the chest when you see a puppy or a baby or your baby, your child etc? That rush of love that just bubbles up from within the chest area? THAT is the feeling you want to hold onto when you are meditating. Do not be all up in your head trying to hold concentration. If you do that you will notice your whole body become tense and you will begin to hate the practice. If you do not love meditation, it is not meditation and you will soon find reasons not to do it.

Let meditation come from the heart, let your loving heart steady the mind in one-pointed concentration. This point of difference will change the whole nature of meditation for you. This is the mind (I) falling into the heart (am)
