Being is another word for meditation. They mean the same thing.

The Subconscious, which is felt rather than thought, constitutes 95% of our mind. It holds all our beliefs about what is true and what is not, causing our mind to rise in like thoughts.

Meditation is holding one thought of and AS Awareness, that is felt.

"Being cannot be thought, it must be felt" - Eckhart Tolle

Therefore, when you meditate or practice mindfulness Aka moving meditation, hold one thought of Awareness (Which is simply being aware of each moment without thinking about it) with all your heart.
