The occidental calls it praying without ceasing
The oriental call it meditation.
The agnostic and atheist call it living in the moment
The Scientist calls it being consciousness.
The Spiritualist calls it being awareness.
The otologist simply calls it being.
Mind is a state of being.
Even though it is always thinking.
Being is Presence.
Awareness is the activity of Presence.
I am aware that prayer,
meditation,
living in the moment,
being conscious,
simply being and
being present
is all I AM and I am You.
