Meditation is a non-practice as it is what you stop doing, rather than what you do. It is a non-use of mind, rather than a use. It is maintaining a stillness of mind within the movement of Now, rather than being active in anyway. It does not reach for impressions but relaxes, allowing itself to be impressed upon.
This seems counter intuitive to a mind that is used to getting busy thinking to solve life problems etc, however on the contrary. It is only through the stillness of mind that true intuition is received unblemished from one's self as Cause.
The principle is easy enough to understand, however not so easy to put into practice lol. The mind has been conditioned. It takes time- lifetimes to prepare the Temple.
