Focus your mind on the moment and the Silence (Love) moving it and away from false evidence appearing real (F.E.A.R) which are your thoughts. Thoughts are not real - NOW is real. The mind cannot be filled with the Holy Ghost Aka Intuition if the Mind is full of false images Aka thoughts created by Mind-Consciousness unconscious of itself as Spirit.
