Your mind which you call 'I am' can either receive its information which it uses to create the world, through the eyes of flesh by looking outwardly at the world or the mind can maintain a still, meditative and quiescent state of Being that receives its information intuitively as Faith or Knowing, from the I of Spirit Aka true Self.
