Your true Consciousness is like the Sun sitting in and as the Present Moment. You - Mind Consciousness is like a magnifying glass. If you keep still and allow the Sun to shine through you, you behold a lot of power. Move about all over the place flitting from one thought to another and you move out of alignment with the only power you really have.
Stay in the moment and that Sun - that Light will illuminate you. You will see everything clearly.
