What Alan means by 'interfere' is 'take thought' or 'thinking'. We as a mind/body that is unconscious of itself as Spirit believes we must create a life via thinking. We do not realize that as Spirit - which we are not conscious of - life has already been created and is waiting to unfold. All it needs is a consciousness that is free to allow it to do so. A Consciousness that is not full of itself and its mental images taken from the mental realm - from a mind cut off from its Source. All our thinking does is distort and delay our true life from unfolding.
If one simply stopped thinking and started being in the moment - allowing one's Spirit to flow through their mind - through their consciousness - life will unfold - healing everything in its wake. "Be still and know that I am".
