Don't try to float on water

Only the thinking mind tries and in trying one cannot sleep or float or meditate. The trying is what gets in the way.

The being mind stops trying altogether and sits in its own stillness by being as deeply present as possible.

You do this all the time without realizing. How often have you just sat and witnessed life happening without thinking about it.

Do it now. Watch everything happening around you now without judging it at all. There - that is meditation. Do that. All the time
